Michael Aram's limited edition sculptures are handmade artistic explorations inspired by objects and ideas which capture Michael's imagination. The Adam and Eve sculptural vase is limited to only 50 pieces, which are each hand signed and numbered. The pieces are individually crafted so that no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Much of Aram's work is inspired by nature, mythology, and narrative stories. The Adam and Eve piece is a wonderful example of Aram's love of symbolism and powerful stories which carry meaning across cultures and religions.

"I am moved by the idea of God creating humans to live a full, abundant life in paradise on earth. The base of the vase has is a snakeskin texture, representing temptation as well as the 'bronze serpent', which is symbolic of protection and saving lives."

“There is a tremendous reflection of our own humanity in handmade objects When you make things by hand, somehow that energy, that tension, that passion, all gets absorbed into the object Objects are powerful They trace history, trace our passage through time, they capture memories for generations” ~ M.
